Boardwalk Wheel Game part 4

Put in a few hours in the Studio this afternoon, continuing work on the wheel game block. Mostly it was continuing to refine and develop areas I had started before. I made some adjustments on the boy, and started filling in signage. Also started working up the graphics on the wheel itself. I don't know that any of these areas are finished, but I think it's starting to come together.
